These Terms of Business set out the basis on which Global Business Finance Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides commercial finance brokerage services to you (“you”, “the customer”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We are an independent commercial finance broker. We are not a lender. Our role is to introduce customers to a panel of third party lenders who may be able to provide suitable business finance solutions.

2. Our Services
We provide brokerage and introduction services for a range of UK business finance products, including but not limited to:
• Asset finance
• Business loans
• Invoice finance
• Merchant cash advance
• Revolving credit facilities
• Commercial vehicle and equipment finance
• Other funding solutions offered by lenders on our panel
We do not provide regulated consumer credit services unless explicitly stated.

3. How We Operate
By working with us, you acknowledge and agree that:
• We assess your requirements based on the information you provide
• We may share your information with selected lenders to obtain quotations or approvals
• Lenders may carry out credit and affordability checks
• We do not guarantee that finance will be approved
• You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date

4. Fees and Commission
We may receive a commission or fee from a lender if a finance agreement is completed. The amount may vary depending on the product, lender, and individual circumstances.
• We do not charge upfront fees unless explicitly agreed in writing
• If requested, we will disclose the commission we expect to receive

5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect your application
• Carefully review all lender documentation before signing
• Seek independent legal or financial advice where appropriate
You remain responsible for ensuring any finance product meets your business needs.

6. Cancellation
You may withdraw from the brokerage process at any time before signing a finance agreement.
Once a finance agreement has been signed, your rights and obligations will be governed by the lender’s terms and applicable legislation, including the Consumer Credit Act where relevant.

7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Further details are set out in our Privacy Notice below.

8. Intellectual Property
All documents, materials, and content provided by us remain our intellectual property and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for:
• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

Subject to this, we are not liable for:
• Decisions made by lenders
• The outcome of finance applications
• Losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you
Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
